Summary of position:
Assists with the maintenance and service of Crown-owned material assets, purchases, organizes, controls, and maintains capital/material assets for the Official Residence (OR), Staff Quarters (SQs), and Chancery; assists in contracting and purchasing services for the OR, SQs, and Chancery; assists in the preparation of SQs during staff relocation; prepares necessary documentation and reporting; manages a mission petty cash; assists in contract management at the mission; performs other duties as required.

Essential qualifications:
Language:
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Fluent in Tagalog (reading, writing , speaking)

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, OR an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience

Experience:
- Minimum two years of experience (in the last five years) in accounting, finance, procurement and/or asset management
- Experience in documentation and processing of invoices and contracts
- Experience with computer applications, including Microsoft Office

Knowledge:
- Knowledge of general procurement procedures, general accounting procedures, and general contracting practices

Mondays to Thursdays: 08h00-16h30
Fridays: 08h00-13h30

Condition(s) of Employment:
1. Must meet the employer’s medical requirements by undergoing a medical evaluation by a physician.

2. Must obtain and/or maintain the required level of security clearance throughout the employment period.

Area of selection:
Open to Philippines nationals and expatriates with or eligible for a work permit, who are currently residing in the Philippines
